Caleb Cheung

Caleb Cheung has worked for the Oakland Unified School District for twelve years. He is currently the Science Program Manager for the district. Prior to that, Caleb was a middle school science teacher. In 2005, he won the Presidential Award for Excellence in Math and Science Teaching. Caleb has a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Teacher Education from Stanford University and has National Board Certification for Early Adolescent Science. In addition to his work in Oakland Unified, Caleb serves as the Vice-Chair of the California Commission for Teacher Credentialing.
