Dean Davis

Principal Systems Engineering/Operations Research Scientist, The Boeing Company
Mr. Dean Davis currently works for The Boeing Corporation as the Senior Principal Systems Engineering / Operations Research Scientist. Davis has 28 years of engineering and management experience in the aerospace and computer industries where he has held positions at:Computer Sciences Corporation; Northrop Grumman (formerly TRW); Raytheon (formerly Hughes Aircraft); Star Tech International Corporation; Martin Marietta Astronautics; Northrop Grumman (Ultrasystems); Lockheed Missiles & Space & Skunkworks; General Dynamics Convair; and Boeing Aerospace Company. Mr. Davis graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a BA in physics, math, geology in 1976 and subsequently earned his MS in Aerospace Engineering and MS in Astrogeophysics from CU Boulder. In 1981 Davis earned an MS in Computer Science from Metro State College Denver and in 1990 an MS in Systems Management from the University of Denver. Davis was chosen to serve on 2005 & 2006 American Institute of Aeronautics & Astronautics (AIAA) Interplanetary Space Exploration & Pre-College Education Program Committees, as well as, Space Colonization Technical Committee. He also holds a number of other industry awards including a 2006 National Defense Industry Association (NDIA) Engineering Commendation.
