Dr. Jack Gregg
Executive Director, CSEWI
Dr. Jack Gregg comes to CSA from Northrop Grumman Space Technology where he was the founding dean of the corporate university (SPACE University). For over fifteen years Jack earned a national reputation for creating and managing successful professional development programs designed for leaders and working professionals as the Assistant Dean of Continuing Education, the founder of the Office of Executive Education, and the MBA Director at two top ranked universities. Jack is an adjunct professor, a published writer, a consultant, a leadership coach, and an often-requested speaker.
Dr. Gregg contributed a chapter to, “The Next Generation of Corporate Universities,” published in 2007. Jack’s primary areas of research are ethical leadership and the strategic application of organizational learning. His doctorate is from Pepperdine University, his MBA from UC Irvine, and his BA from the University of Miami. He lives in Southern California with his wife and son.
