
Jackie Joyce
Executive Assistant, CSEWI
Jackie Joyce is the Executive Assistant to Dr. Jack Gregg, Director of the California Space Education and Workforce Institute, Inc. a non-profit corporation founded to create understanding, enthusiasm and appreciation for space enterprise and space technology; inspire parents, educators and students to engage in California-based space-related education and enrichment activities; stimulate greater awareness and understanding of the California space enterprise workforce and research needs throughout academia; and to attract, integrate and retain a robust California space workforce.
Jacqueline's skills in program and event coordination are extensive and were developed while employed with several television productions, including work with the “General Hospital” television program where she honed her production expense knowledge. During her 10 years with corporate America, she obtained skills in administration, management, employee relations, communications and supervision. She also served in an administrative support capacity to the Vice President of Administration at DIC Entertainment as well as with Fred Sand Realty, where she supervised the office staff while serving as a liaison between other corporate departments.
Ms. Joyce was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of integrity, teamwork and effort from Mt. Sierra College in her responsibilities as the New Student Coordinator.
She received a BA in Communications and Theater from Temple University located in Philadelphia. A native of New York, Jacqueline came to California in 1986. Jacqueline is a professional with communication and organizational skills and is an additional asset to the CSEWI team.
