Mike began his professional career as a United States Air Force Officer in 1980, joined TRW Ballistic Missiles Division in 1984 and co-founded Kelly Space & Technology in 1993 where he currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mike also currently serves as the Southern California Vice Chairman of the California Space Authority (CSA) Board of Directors, Chairman of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) Arrowhead Section, Chairman of the San Bernardino County Community Action Board, President of the San Bernardino Area Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the San Bernardino County Workforce Investment Board (WIB).
